Intensive Training and Global Preparation
What preceded these awards was a great deal of work. The students underwent an intensive training program that included theoretical and practical training, local and international qualifying camps, and precise selection tests. All of this was under the supervision of the King Abdulaziz and his Companions Foundation for Talent and Innovation “Mawatha” in partnership with the Ministry of Education.
Achievement Boosts the Kingdom’s Record
Thanks to this achievement, the total number of Saudi awards in the Asian Physics Olympiad rose to 27 awards — 6 bronze medals and 21 certificates of appreciation — since Saudi Arabia’s first participation in 2012. This reflects the great development in science education and highlights the kingdom’s scientific standing on the international level.
Congratulations to the students and the nation, and this is the beginning of more achievements, God willing. 🇸🇦
