Dumat Al-Jandal Lake is located in the Al-Jouf region, northern Saudi Arabia, approximately 25 kilometers from the city of Sakakah (the region’s capital) and about 3 kilometers from the ancient city of Dumat Al-Jandal.
How to reach the lake?
- By car from Sakakah: The distance is about 25 km via King Fahd Road and then Dumat Al-Jandal Road. The trip takes no more than 20 minutes.
- From Riyadh: The distance is about 900 km (9 hours by car) via the Qassim – Hail – Al-Jouf road.
- By air: You can book a flight to the Al-Jouf Regional Airport in Sakakah, then rent a car to reach the lake (25 minutes).
- From Turayf: About 120 km to the north.
The road to the lake is fully paved, with clear signage, and there are nearby parking areas close to the park.
